‘Find and Keep’ Sydney launch details

photo

the melbourne launch appears to have been a big success. although i spent most of the night feeling completely frazzled and overwhelmed, there was much love in the room and i have had many reports of everyone having a great time! the picture above  is of my lovely shop girl for the evening alice oehr (thanks alice!). that pile of books was all but gone by the end of the night, so a big thank-you to all who came.

now it is your turn SYDNEY-SIDERS! please come and help me celebrate this thursday the 8th of november at the P.A.M. store, 20 Burton St, Darlinghurst, 6pm-9pm. as with the melbourne launch, there will be a free tote bag with every book purchase, and the first 20 bags come with some extra special surprises (different surprises to the melbourne bags!). there will again be refreshments thanks to cake wines (who also have a new wine bar just around the corner!).

again, this event is open to everyone, but please RSVP to FleurJacobs@hardiegrant.com.au so we can keep track of numbers.

hope to see you there!

PS here is a little preview of something else i’ve been up too….

    hey there beci!

i stumbled across your book in the recently opened dymocks store on chapel street today & flicked through only to be amazed from front cover to back! i ended up purchasing the book straight away & today i took inspiration from your confetti wall & made one for my bedroom!

my partner & i both know raph so we were pleasantly surprised when we saw the taco truck in the book & realised you were his other half! such a POWER COUPLE!

would just like to say that your ideas are so simple & quirky, it’s rekindled my love for arts & crafts – i haven’t made stuff like this since i was in high school!

thank you & all the best for your future projects! x

  4. Hi Beci, SO lovely to meet you in real life last night. I treasure my new book and am going to give it to my 5-year-old for Christmas which she will be thrilled about (even though it’s really for me!). Will have to send you some pics of our finished crafts :)
